C) Classic – Once the straight loop (not folded at any end) is cut to the required
length, it is applied to the rear side and stitched perfectly onto the trouser body by two bar tacks with a minimum distance of 20 mm. The upper tack is then covered in the waistband stitching
operation on request. The minimum distance of the bar tacks can be only 11 mm, in the event of particular stylistic requirements for the trousers to be produced.
D) Double loop - The first sewing operation is to fix the folded double loop
to the trousers' body. The attachment is preparing the loop, which has been folded twice, with two bar-tacks as shown in the picture. The second operation is to fix the waistband to the trousers' body with a seam that will be covered by it. The third operation is to manually pull & sew the upper side of the loop by standard bar-tacking unit.
