LABTEC INFRA RED LABORATORY DYEING MACHIN
image1 The IR Dyer is the latest technology of laboratory dyeing machine, applying the radition heat of IR - radiators, to evenly heat up the dyepots without conventional heat-medium.

It provides the most clean way of sample dyeing and the most energy saving too.

It performs the excellent dyeig repeatedly and highly levelling result.

The inclined angle of dyepots attached to the rotary disk assure the good liquor circulation by the forward and reverse rotating of the disc.

Special Features : Heated by IR radiators, no glycerine pollution. programmed temperature controller and high precious temperatureprobe offer excellent respectability.

Various sizes of dyepots are available to meet the different equipment.

A: 150c.c. dyepot for low liquor ratio dyeing experiment
B 500c.c. dyepot for larger or bulky sample dyeing experiments also for wash-fastness tests as well as dry cleaning tests.

Dyeing liquor volume from 50c.c. to 400c.c. liquor ration from 1:5 upto 1:20. Dyepots can be easily fastened to and released from the rotary disk.

Dyepots are made of SUS 316 stainless steel by pressing without welding spots, cracks for good dyeing tests. 12 (or 24) dyepots dyeing positions, one of the dyepot position is fitted with temperature proble for direct dyebatch temperature control.

Air cooling system without water. Injection device (optional) can exactly simulate the production condition for injecting the right amout of chemical into the dyepot during the dyeing process without opening the lid of the dyepots.

Temperature controller - Programm type NEWAVE programmer with 2 programs each has 8 steps or one programme has 16 steps. Temperature raising speed can be preset.

Required time for constant temperature can be preset.

Cna program the second bell-ringing. Cooling can be auto controlled or manually controlled.
